By creating an account or using Brotherhood Fuel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Brotherhood Fuel is a nutrition and fitness tracking application that helps users log meals, track macronutrients, plan workouts, and monitor health metrics. The App is operated by Brotherhood Fuel / Coffee With Brotherhood.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Brotherhood Fuel Pro is available at $9.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your payment information.

All content within the App — including recipes, workout plans, meal plans, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Brotherhood Fuel. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Brotherhood Fuel provides tools for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, financial loss, or data loss.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, physical stats (age, weight, height, sex), fitness goals, food logs, workout history, and water intake. We do not collect sensitive financial data — payments are handled by Stripe.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the App experience — including personalized calorie targets, macro tracking, meal plans, and workout recommendations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Brotherhood Fuel does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

The App uses browser local storage to save preferences such as saved workouts and meal plans on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at contact@coffeewithbrotherhood.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Brotherhood Fuel is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
